What happens to my service?
Your service will continue to run as it does now; we have no plans to stop supporting any existing services.

Does my service level change?
No. All services currently provided under Netscalibur contracts and service level agreements will continue to do so.

Who do I call for support?
Please continue to call or email as you currently do.

Do contact details now change?
No. All contact details will remain as they are for the foreseeable future.

Who will be billing me?
You will be billed by Netscalibur as before.

Will my account manager change?
We do not intend to change existing relationships between customers and Account Managers, although we may redeploy people to other responsibilities within the sales team.

Will Netscalibur continue to exist?
Our intention is that, whilst Netscalibur will be a part of the Claranet group of companies, it will continue to operate as a separate entity.

Can I still buy/use Netscalibur products?
Yes.

Why has Claranet bought Netscalibur?
Both Claranet and Netscalibur have pursued a strategy of being network-independent, meaning that we can offer products and services without being tied to a particular network. Both companies have been successful in growing their customer base and range of services over the last three years. Claranet recognised that the addition of Netscalibur to the group would add significantly to the value it could offer customers of both companies.

Does Claranet have additional services to those offered by Netscalibur?
Yes, and Claranet also operates in Germany, Spain and France. Please contact your account manager to discuss any opportunities.

Will I suffer any downtime?
Since both businesses will continue to be run "as is", there will be no downtime to your services.

Are there any contractual issues?
No, your existing contract with Netscalibur will continue as before.

Can I now buy services in the other countries Claranet operates in?
Yes. Please contact your account manager for details of Claranet's offerings in Germany, Spain and France.

What service enhancements can I expect?
Claranet is financially stable and offers a wider range of products and services than Netscalibur. Claranet operates across multiple network providers so, in some cases, may be able to offer more flexible services than those previously available through Netscalibur.

Will Netscalibur services continue to exist?
Yes. We intend to offer both companies services through both sales teams.

Will my IP addresses or DNS change?
No.

I am a Netscalibur reseller, what does this mean for me?
It is a fantastic opportunity! You now have access to all Claranet's services as well as Netscalibur's. Please speak with your Account Manager.
