Netscalibur's Terms and Conditions for iPass Usage.

iPass is a separate organisation from Netscalibur. We have formed an agreement for our customers to access the Internet through iPass from their points of access around the world.

Before you use iPass for the first time you need to agree to the following:

Netscalibur as a licensee of iPass is entering into this agreement with you (the customer).

I have read and agree to follow the iPass User Agreement

I understand that iPass usage is chargeable and that I will be liable for all usage made by my Netscalibur account.

Conditions
You must be a resident within the UK. You must supply proof of ID, as laid out above.

Netscalibur reserves the right to refuse access to the iPass service.

Notes
iPass usage is separate from any promotion or offer that Netscalibur provide and will not count as part of the "Free Hours" provided on some account types.

Charges are also applicable when iPass numbers are used within the UK.

(Substantial iPass charges can accrue, some iPass nodes cost £20 per hour).
