If you wish to use your Netscalibur account from overseas, using the iPass network, you must first read the following terms and conditions. Then print out this page and complete and return the iPass application form.

Note that you do not need to use iPass if you are going to make an international call back to our network in the UK. However, it is likely that using iPass would work out considerably cheaper. Also note that you cannot use iPass to access other ISPs in the UK.

Instructions

  • Read both Netscalibur's iPass Terms and Conditions, and the iPass user agreement.

  • Print out the form, fill in your details, and sign it.

  • To guarantee the security of your account, you must provide proof of ID before we can set up iPass access:

    • If you pay for your Netscalibur account by Switch or Direct Debit, you must provide a photocopy of a recent bank statement (with your home address shown)
    • If you pay by credit card, you must provide a photocopy of a recent statement for the card (again, with your home address shown), and photocopies of both sides of your credit card itself.

    Please note that in both cases, the billing address on the card or bank statement must be in the UK.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we stress that this procedure is for your security - avoiding the situation where someone could fraudulently use your details to run up large overseas access charges.

  • Send the form back to us by fax or post only.

  • Within one working day from receipt we will call you to verify the details.

  • After this call your account will be activated for IPASS use within an hour.
